4th T20I of 5-Match T20 series between India and South Africa (Ind vs SA) will be played on 17th June 2022 at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot. Match will start at 07:00PM IST.
After loss in first two matches, India made a strong comeback in 3rd T20 and defeated South Africa by 48 runs. It was India’s first win in 2022 without Rohit Sharma as captain and first win as a captain for Rishabh Pant in international Cricket.
Teams
India outplayed South Africa in previous match in all the departments. Fifty from Ruturaj Gaikwad is positive for India from last game. Ishan Kishan throughout the series has scored runs. Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant hasn’t played any match winning knocks. Being seniors in this playing XI, both needs to steup up.
Hardik Pandya has did well with the bat, but with the ball he has been smashed by SA batsmans and he is gone wicketless in 1st two matches. Bowlers made a good comeback in last T20, specially Yuzvendra Chahal who didn’t allowed batsmans to attack and settle at crease.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Harshal Patel and Chahal are looking India’s wicket-takers. They need to continue their performance in next match if India has to stay alive in this series.
