Alastair Cook(England)

Legendary Test Batsman and one of the England’s greatest.

Alastair Cook made his debut in 2006 and after that he played for 12 years.

In starting and middle phase of his career, he was in prime form and it was looking he may break Sachin’s record of highest runs and centuries.

But downfall started in his career in 2012–2013 and retired in 2018.

Cook has played 162 Tests and scored 12472 runs at an average of 45 with 33 Test Hundreds.

Cook has also led England in 59 Test matches, but his record as a skipper is not too impressive. He was the youngest player to score 10,000 Test runs.
