One of the most deadliest bowler of all time. The fastest ever bowler as per the records in the history of cricket. But didn’t play much matches as one would’ve thought of. He made his test debut against WI in 1997 & ODI debut against Zimbabwe in 1998. He recorded a speed of 161.3 kmph in an ODI against England which is till date the fastest ball recorded ever in the history of cricket.
Akhtar has 178 Test Wickets in 82 innings and 247 ODI Wickets in 162 Innings. Akhtar has injured 18 Batsmans by his bowling.
