BCCI gives four Indian women players NOC to participate in England’s The Hundred

The BCCI has granted No-Objection Certificate to four Indian Women Cricketers to play in The Hundred England Tournament. The Hundred will be played in July this year.

Although, this tournament was scheduled to play last year, but because of Covid Pandemic, The Hundred got postponed to this year.
Captain Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana, Deepti Sharma and Jemimah Rodrigues have been given NOCs to participate in the inaugural edition of the Hundred.

Smriti Mandhana will play for Manchester Originals, Smriti Mandhana will play for Southern Brave, Deepti Sharma will play for London Spirit and Jemimah Rodrigues will play for Northern Superchargers.

It is understood that these four Indian players will extend their stay in the UK following the completion of India’s multi-format tour of England in June-July.
First Match of The Hundred England will be played between Oval Invincibles and Manchester Originals in London.
